Brad Cocks.

As many of you know, I am a dreamer. A dreamer working to develop a balanced realist side. And I think I have found a means to bridge the two.

I was reading an interview on Mr. Porter about Mr. Brad Cocks, who just happens to be a luxury resort critic for Kiwi Collection (a curated dossier of the top luxury destinations in the world). I had not realized it was an actual profession, but if anything could be more fitting for me, that would be it, haha. A dream career has finally been realized, time to figure out the steps towards it.

Ocean Coral & Turquesa by H10 in the Mayan Riviera had to be one of the better resorts I’ve stayed at. It was my first all-inclusive vacation so my expectations were pretty low from all of the horror stories I have heard. I was completely surprised at the calibur of food (expecting real easy buffet food) that was offered and the comfortable/contemporary interiors that brought you to an exotic, stylish oasis. Although it was not quite to the scale as say, The Cove Atlantis in the Bahamas (which is my top so far), Ocean Coral holds a confident spot in great affordable all-inclusive luxury.

Just came back from a week-long vacation to Puerto Morelos, Mexico. It was amazing and I am already planning on returning sometime soon hopefully. More photos to come.

Although TFW is now weeks past, I decided to post some of my favourite shots from the tent. I had the amazing opportunity to work with MTV to cover the shows. Even though it was an extremely busy week at the office, it was well worth the sleepless nights. And I tend to try not to bash things but TFW seriously needs to get their act together because much of the marketing materials and overall image/organization of the event was a complete flop. It was quite disappointing and embarrassing to find major spelling errors in the program.

“CanadaCOOL”? I still don’t freaking get it.
